Invalid code verification. Signature is invalid, contains prohibited rights

When I try to make an archive for my application, I succeed, but with a strange warning:

warning: Application failed codesign verification. The signature was invalid, contains disallowed entitlements, or it was not signed with an iPhone Distribution Certificate. When I use to work with Xcode 4.2, everything went fine, but since I upgraded to Xcode 4.3, I continue to see this warning, please help :)

It seems you might need to remove from sim / device, Clean from Xcode and rebuild. Have you tried this?

If so, go to the "Organizer", click on the "Projects" button, find your project and click on the "Delete Source Data" button.

From there, make sure that you have the correct distribution profile, selected both in the application build settings and in the target settings. Sometimes for some reason they are not synchronized.

Make sure TARGET (and not just Project) is configured with the correct code signature identification for release

also make sure you do not have code in an unauthorized directory. e.g. (in usb.etc)

Be sure to select "iOS Device" and not "Simulator" in the upper left corner
