Display user information on lock screen on Android

I want to configure LockScreen.

The default lock screen is as follows. Default lock screen

I want to change this part of the lock screen and let the rest of the rest. When a user locks his phone, he should display user information in this red box.

I want to replace the red box portion with new information

So far I have seen one application that does something similar to this: WidgetLocker

From what I am collecting, you need to write your lockscreen and then disable the standard one. You can listen to the on and off events of the screen, and then turn off the Home button, basically by making your custom locksceen a launcher.
