So I have a problem similar here ...

Spring 3.0 Error: the corresponding template is strict, but no ads were found for the element

my pom looks like this

But when I try to start the service in Websphere, I get the following ...

 Line 16 in XML document from ServletContext resource [/WEB-INF/context/loyalty-servlet.xml] is invalid; nested exception is org.xml.sax.SAXParseException: cvc-complex-type.2.4.c: The matching wildcard is strict, but no declaration can be found for element 'jee:jndi-lookup'. 

This seems to be different from my link because I already have a schema in the namespace. Any ideas?

Pay attention to the pattern of other elements in xsi:schemaLocation - each element of the namespace URI from the xmlns:* attribute must have its corresponding XSD location:
