Can I use official apns (or simple apns) with push notification?

I want to use simple apns with an iphone application, but I don’t know if I can use apns with forge (not use the Parse service), I can’t find any APIs for this, and in phoneGap I can edit the native objective-c code to process of this.

We currently do not support direct interaction with APNS: we would be very interested to know why the Parse proposal is not suitable for you?

We initially planned to offer some other integration with third-party partners before the raw APNS, but we will gladly revise this plan if we lack a key understanding.
