Failed to create: dx.jar file was not loaded from the SDK folder

I noticed in the "console" field of my Eclipse program that he said "C: \ Program Files \ Android \ android-sdk \ platform-tools \ lib", so it has 2 backslashes \ platform-tools \ lib, it was It is caused by an incomplete installation on my part, so it cannot find "dx.jar", so when I go to export and compile the project application, now I get this error, which is unable to build: the dx.jar file was not downloaded from the SDK folder!

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the sdk tools from the sdk manager, and I still have the same problem. Please help someone help.

Try updating the SDK Manager using privilege mode. I had the same problem and decided to update the SDK tools and restart Eclipse.
