Alternative Notepad ++ Shortcut Mapper Plugin?

Question

Is there a Shortcut Mapper plugin for Notepad ++ that offers the following features? (This functionality is currently missing from the Mapper shortcut)

a) Quickly search all the shortcuts / commands to see if there is a shortcut for a command - this can be achieved using some search function or by sorting a list of shortcuts by command or by 'shortcuts'

b) Give a warning if a shortcut entered against the command is already present.

PS. When writing this question, I found a list of default shortcuts , which helps a little!
