How to map Caps Lock for Esc for Vim in Mountain Lion when keyremap4macbook is not working?

Question

I am using vim for development on my mac and I upgraded it to Mountain Lion. I used http://pqrs.org/macosx/keyremap4macbook/ to reassign the key function to a lock lock to switch between edit and paste modes. I can't functionally develop in vim without this, and it doesn't seem to work in Moutain Lion. I really need a solution soon!

It worked great for me.

I got used to using cap-lock as esc that it killed my performance until I found this.
