Resource Pack Editing Plugin for Eclipse?

Is there a good resource package editing plugin for Eclipse?

The main function I'm looking for is the ability to see if the same keys exist in the keychains for different languages.

I. If I have two files bundle_en_US.properties and bundle_sv_SE.properties , and they will have gaps in the keys, eclipse will display an error.

I seem to remember that it was the default feature in Eclipse, but I can't get it to work.

There is also http://code.google.com/a/eclipselabs.org/p/tapiji/wiki/ExtendingCoreRBE and older than ResourceBundleEditor (which I successfully used in Helios, have not tried Juno yet).
