Telephony in Visual Studio 2012

Does anyone know how to make a project template for PhoneGap in Visual Studio 2012?

I think the reason I can't open my PhoneGap project is because PhoneGap (Cordova) targets Windows Phone 7.5 and below. Windows Phone development by default is not supported in Visual Studio 2012 and requires a separate installation for Windows Phone 8 here .

Unfortunately, to successfully install Windows 8, you must run Windows 8, since I am still running Windows 7, I could not go beyond that. Maybe someone who installed this can tell us if it works with PhoneGap (Cordova)

The Visual Studio and Window Phone emulator did not work well on the virtual machine. If you installed the emulator on a separate partition, you will have a better chance of success. I am still using Window 7.
