I have a live application in the App Store, which is currently version 1.0 with 5 built-in applications.
I just created version 1.1 in iTunes Connect, but I was not able to configure my applications for my new version. Will my existing applications be automatically implemented in my new version or do I need to configure it? And if so, how?

An existing In-App purchase will continue to work; you donβt need to do anything about it.
If you are introducing new In-App purchases, you need to create them and put them together with the update in a review.
No, you do not need to reassign the IAP for your new vernon application. You can change the IAP to:
Manage your apps β YouApp β In-app purchase management
And make sure all statuses are Confirmed . If not, send it.
