IOS 6 does not play embedded Vimeo videos

Question

This is my first question. I searched for answers to all of StackOverflow and Google, but couldn't find them.

I have a video embedded on my website using Vimeo universal iFrame code. The video can be seen below and will work perfectly with any desktop browser and iOS 5 device.

The problem is with the latest iOS update ... Now on iOS 6, the video will not play. Instead, it will depend on the load hold pattern. Using iOS 6 on the iPhone Simulator for XCODE gives the same result. Below is a link to the exact video. Downloading on an older iOS 5 device and playing videos is very good.

Note: the video does not play on iOS 6 Chrome, however it works on iOS 5 Chrome.

Any ideas? I feel that these are stupid questions for beginners, and someone from an 8-year-old nephew will find out the answer.
