How to create an assembly in the NuGet TeamCity public feed?

We use TeamCity 7.1.1 to publish NuGet packages for both authenticated and public channel URLs. I just created a new package and cannot make it appear in the public channel, although it appears in the private channel after logging in.

He is facing a permission issue, but I have assigned All Users to the View Project role in this assembly. I have another assembly that displays correctly and the configuration seems the same. What could prevent my new build from appearing on a public channel?

I decided! I scratch my head for hours, and of course I find the answer 30 seconds after posting on StackOverflow!

It seems that the guest account is not a member of all users, so assigning the Project Viewer role to all users is not enough.

You must explicitly assign the Project Viewers role to the guest user. This is vaguely done on a completely separate screen in the User Guest Settings section, associated with the upper right side of the primary user screen. Walla! Completion of the assignment.
