Node.JS iOS Development?

I am wondering if there is a chance to run Node.JS on iOS for desktop development? I definitely understand that I had to hack the iPad to install node or mongodb. The only thing I found is a good Diet Coda code editor with FTP / SSH support, but nothing more. How can I get the node in the β€œreal” terminal on the iPad by running my .js files on a specific port, etc.?

Ps I am not a big fan of cloud9 because it requires an internet connection and currently only supports node 0.6

a so-called solution was found: connect to my server via ssh and create my application in the console. But this requires an internet connection, which is not very good.
