Can I read the iClass HID card with an Android device?

Question

Can i read HID iClass cards using the methods described in the NFC API Advanced Guide ?

You should be able to communicate with the card if it supports NFC-V technology (ISO-15693).

Update: iClass cards use a different protocol from ISO-15693. So, I believe that the Android device does not support iClass on this post.
