Slide view (top) of another view

Question

I have two views, for example View A and View B. View B is currently active. When you click the button, view A should partially be inserted in the "UP" position on view B from the side.

How can I do that? I went through the HorizontalScrollView implementation of the facebook slide in the menu, but it's just a scrolling of the two views side by side. This implementation is completely different.
