Can anyone decrypt this string using PHP?

Today I came across a job posting where you must decrypt a string that contains a valid email address using PHP. So they posted this line, which is a secret email address, and when you decrypt that email address, you can send them an email and show that you are a senior PHP developer. And they published another email address for junior developers.

Now it seems complicated for me, so I won’t send them an email, since I already have a job, but I’m wondering if this is possible, since you cannot have a key if you use mcrypt functions.

In any case, this is the line: MDA3MTY4MDAwODg4MDE0NzIwMDAwMzg4MDAwNDQ0MDAwNTEyMDAwMzg4MDI1NjAwMDA3NDg4MDA3Mjk2MDAzNTUyMDAyOTQ0MDAwODMyIzZYZZMZYZZMZYZZMZYZZMZYZZMZYZZMZYZZMYYZZMYYZZMZYZZMZYZZMZMZMZMZMZMZMYMZMYMZMYMZMZMZMZMZMZMZMZMZMZMZMZMZMZMZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZE

The company name is Aduro and their emails are xxx@aduro.hr , so we are looking for emails that end with @ aduro.hr

This line represents a valid email address, is anyone good enough to decrypt it?

Not an answer, but some observations:

MDA3MTY4 MDAwODg4 MDE0NzIw MDAwMzg4 MDAwNDQ0 MDAwNTEy MDAwMzg4 MDI1NjAw MDA3NDg4 MDA3Mjk2 MDAzNTUy MDAyOTQ0 MDAwODMy MDAzNjQ4 IzYzNzIy MzI4NjY1 NjM1

Each column containing a number contains only numbers and lowercase letters. Each column containing an uppercase letter does not contain numbers.

If this is an email address, I would conditionally assign IzYzNzIy as a IzYzNzIy character. Nothing immediately seems likely to me like "@", perhaps MDI1NjAw , because it is the only one starting with MDI . Another non- MDA , MDE0NzIw , is in the correct position for the punctuation character in someone's name: "Smith-Jones" says. This would leave all MDA as alphabetic characters. What happens after a potential point can be guessed. Are there any single codes there? NjM1 may be short for <CR> <LF>.

Perhaps we are looking at four character code elements?

 MDA3 MTY4 MDAw ODg4 MDE0 NzIw etc.

Why are you thinking about mcrypt ? It could be anything. Looks like base64_encode d line. Or something different. I think that they just do not need letters from the "senior" developers.
