Play Augmented Reality Video with Transparent Background

I am new to augmented reality. What I needed is - When my ipad application reads any barcodes, it plays a Transparent video for example . I need to show the modal podium. My question is: what framework provides video rendering with AR. How can i achieve this. I read about the below Framework.
