IE10 Windows7 - Audio Tag Never Sounds?

I have problems with a sound tag in IE10 / Windows 7. I found this test page , and, surprisingly, IE cannot display ANY sound tag. The funny thing is, when I save the file and check it locally, it works fine (image below)

I checked the mime types on all files, and it seems that they are all correct:

mime

Next, I had to check my definitions in the settings:

preferences

What the hell? Any ideas here?

This should be a problem with this particular page. I can reproduce the error here on the test computer that I have. (Server 2012)

Edit - just found this:

The HTML5 audio element does not work in IE10, but it works in Chrome. Why?

Edit 2: It seems to be based on permissions. Right-clicking and choosing a run under administrator control allows you to download audio.

The problem is your Internet Explorer cache folder, check the settings for temporary Internet files, I had the same problem as there were no files with folder and folder 0 on my machine.

Move it to c: \ Users \\ AppData \ Local \ Microsoft \ Windows
