CSS mask in Internet Explorer 10

I need to get the effect -webkit-mask-image in Internet Explorer 10. Unfortunately, the only way I found with Google is to have all the content contained in SVG, which is not applicable.

The experimental masking features in Webkit browsers are just experimental. Until they become more widespread or officially adopted by the W3C, we should not expect other browsers to implement the same function.

Consider an alternative solution. For example, Martin Beeby was able to perform a “masking” effect, simply using 2D Transformations, that is, its solution is supported in IE9.
