Developer options disappear from settings

After upgrading to Android Jelly Bean 4.2, I could not find developer options in the settings. What happened to this setting? Where can I find him now?

I found that it is hidden in the settings menu to improve the user interface. You can activate it at any time by pressing 7 times on Settings> About phone> Build number

from the official android documentation :

On devices running Android 4.2, developer options are hidden by default, which helps create a better experience for users. You can show the developer’s parameters at any time by pressing 7 times on Settings> About phone> Build number on any compatible Android device.

On most devices running Android 3.2 or later, you can find the option in the section

 Settings > Applications > Development.

In Android 4.0 and later, it is in

 Settings > Developer options.

Note. In Android 4.2 and later, developer options are hidden by default. To make it available, go to

Settings > About phone and tap Build number seven (7) times.

Return to the previous screen to find developer options.

From Android 4.2 onwards, developer options are hidden by default to improve the user interface.

You can get and enable developer options at any time by clicking 7 times on Settings> About phone> Build number on any compatible Android device.

The same thing has been tested and works great on Samsung, Sony experia and HTC devices.
