Visual Studio 2012 Intellisense no longer accepts spacebar suggestion

I use Visual Studio 2005, 2008, 2010 on several PCs installed there by another person or me. Always an intellisense clause on it worked like this:

I start typing, pop-ups with offers, with the current offer highlighted, and I can press the spacebar to accept the offer.

However, since I installed Visual Studio 2012 on my current computer (this is a relatively new installation of Win7 64x, it had VS2010 installed), it works differently.

Now this no longer covers this proposal. I have to use CTRL + ENTER to accept the sentence or DOWN so that it is selected so that the space accepts it. It is really inconvenient to use.

I tried resetting the settings (Tools β†’ Import and Export Settings β†’ Reset Settings), but this did not help. He tried to find help, but no one knows or does not have this problem.

What am I doing wrong? How to return to old behavior?

You have Toggle completion mode selected in Edit | IntelliSense Menu? If so, click on it to deselect.

I had the same problem. I know this worked for me when I was working with Java Script at least. Go to Tools> Options> Text Editor> JavaScript> IntelliSense . Then make sure that the "Use only tabs or Enter to commit" checkbox is UN. Hope this helps, or at least helps you on the right track.
