How to use a linked resource with eclipse CDT?

It was very difficult for me to set up a related resource in the Eclipse CDT.

The wspolne folder is somewhere on the system, I would like to use the .cpp .h files from it in the current project, but do not copy it.
From what I read about Linked Resources, this is a solution, but I cannot build a projct: /

I followed the instructions described here without any result: what is wrong?

I'm not sure the linked folder is always adequately indexed by CDT
(updated October 2012, it got better with recent CDT releases)

A workaround would be in this thread :

If you want CDT to manage assemblies, you need to move the subfolders to your own project folder and create dependencies between them.
