How to manually sign an exe file with a developer license for Windows 8 RT

I am making an exe file for Windows 8 RT. But when I want to run, show the error message:

"Windows cannot verify the digital signature for this file. ..."

I am getting a developer license for Windows 8 RT . With this license, visual studio 2012 can remotely deploy and run a metro application on my surface.

But I want to sign my exe file with this certificate using signtool.exe :

 signtool.exe sign -s CertStoreName -n "subject name" C:\mytest.exe

My problem is that I do not know the name "CertStoreName and " for my developer license. How can I get these names.

A developer license allows you to deploy and run Windows Store applications on Windows RT, while such applications are still under development. If you are creating a Store app, you don’t have to worry about signing your binaries yourself. The store signs the entire contents of your application before it is distributed to end users.

Desktop applications are a completely different story. Creating desktop applications on Windows RT (ARM) is not supported.
