What is the best way for rails noob to learn rspec?

I read so many lessons and watched all kinds of rspec learning videos ... I looked at rail guides for testing and rspec docs. I don’t want to be clicked, and I just wander in the dark.

Does anyone have any recommendations for a good overview of rspec applications and rails testing?
