The tag is not for Python, but it can help you.
The newwin () call creates and returns a pointer to a new window with the specified number of rows and columns. The upper left corner of the window is in the begin_y row, the begin_x column. If either nlines or ncols is zero, they are, by default, LINES-begin_y and COLS-begin_x. A new full-screen window is created by calling newwin (0,0,0,0).
The subwin () call creates and returns a pointer to a new window with the specified number of rows, nlines and columns, ncols. The window at the position (begin_y, begin_x) on the screen. (This position is relative to the screen, not to the window.) The window is made in the middle of the orig window, so changes made to one window will affect both windows. The subtitle shares memory with window orig. When using this procedure, you must call touchwin () or touchline () in the orig language before calling wrefresh () on the Sub window.
