How to declare I want to use XML Schema 1.1

How to use the definition of XML Schema 1.1?

This is where I start:

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?> <xs:schema attributeFormDefault="unqualified" elementFormDefault="qualified" xmlns:xs="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema"> <xs:element name="object"></xs:element> </xs:schema>

Nothing is indicated in the schema document itself, whether it indicates schema 1.0 or 1.1. (Except, of course, a nice big comment at the beginning.) You just need to make sure you call the XSD 1.1 processor if the circuit uses any 1.1 features.

This question was asked due to a lack of understanding. Apparently, there are no changes that need to be made to the declaration of the scheme. Functionality 1.1 is only available in the same namespace as 1.0. 1.1 is just an abstract name for an extended function
