Nexus7 emulator crashes after it's created

I ran into another issue with the emulator.

At first I ran into the problem of creating an emulator (Nexus 7) with a message

emulator: failed to open HAX device! HAX does not work and the emulator starts in the emulator mode emulator: the HAX device could not be opened The memory could not be allocated: 8 This application requested Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way. Please contact the application support team for more information.

Following the instructions in the post here , I can create a nexus emulator.

After starting the created emulator and clicking on the menu, it is redirected to the menu screen (a list of the installed application on the emulator), since the newly created and the manual screen appear on the screen (see screenshots), clicking "OK", the button on the menu screen just crashes with a message “unfortunately launcher stopped”, check the screens below.

Let me know if I can provide more details on this to solve the problem.

Note: using the Android SDK Tool - 21.0.1 First screenlist of appscrash

There seems to be a strange bug with the Nexus 7 emulator. When you open the emulator, it shows the opening box and shows "Select some applications." Instead of clicking on the “OK” button, if you actually press and hold the “Custom Locale” icon, it is displayed and drops it to the main screen, the launch will crash. It seems strange, but when I did this, the crash stopped. This should only be done for the first time. Then, the emulator opens normally.

This problem occurs because the AVD code path is not assigned properly in the AVD config.ini

For example. My name is AVD AVD_4.0.3_WSVGA

before correction

skin.path = AVD_4.0.3_WSVGA

so I changed the path to the path as follows

skin.path = platforms / android-15 / shell / WSVGA

you can find config.ini

on linux (Ubuntu) / home / [username] /. android / avd / [you avd name] /config.ini
