Faster WiFi scan speed to get rssi android changes

I am trying to increase the speed of scanning wifi, but using the wifi.startscan method and getting information about returning the result of the list, I do not see rssi changing every 2 seconds. My question is whether it is possible to get a scan with a low rssi speed, and if possible, how can I do it.

The scanning frequency is so low that the scan takes so long. The only way to reduce scanning time is to scan a subset of the available frequencies .
