Are youtube api paging data consistent if you use pagetokens? (data v3 api)

The V3 Data API for YouTube provides “page tokens” for search results sets from search endpoints.

Is data browsing consistent if you use page tokens?

eg. if there is a request to view the number of views, which is likely to change over time, then this ordering over the entire result is guaranteed for several requests, therefore it is guaranteed that the lowest result on the first page will be greater than the highest result on the next page ?

When using page markers, order is not guaranteed. (It was also not guaranteed when using start-index in version v1 / v2.) If something changes based on the source of the source data between the selection of one page and the next page, then the receipt of the next page will reflect the updated ordering.
