Design mode - copies of template spreadsheets made by other users

Are there any copies of spreadsheets containing the library in development mode to update immediately when changes are made to the master script (belonging to another account)?

I created a script → a saved version → added a link to the library (in development mode) to it inside the spreadsheet → made several copies of this ss (under the same account that was used to create it) and all of them are updated automatically when the script wizard changes. It works.

However, when I create a copy of the template table under a different account, the changes are not updated at all, although I still see a link to the library and am still in development mode.

It depends on the access of the account to the actual library. If they have access to the editor, then the development mode is respected, otherwise, if they are only a reader of the script library, then it uses the selected version. Here is a link to the corresponding section in docs .
