ViewPager.PageTransformer showing ViewPager error not related to type, I use androidsupportv4 jar revision 9

Question

I cannot get version 11 of androididsupportv4 from eclipse using AndroidTools enter AddSupportLibrary . Can someone tell me how to get it from Eclipse, why I can not get it. I know that his ViewPager.PageTransformer added to androidsupportv4.jar 11. Is there a way to fix this. Because I have some problems with my network, I cannot get or install a new version.

Well, I fixed this problem and downloaded the new version of the Android SDK ADT Bundle , and I will extract version 13 of android supportlibraryv 4 from the path inside the SDK / extras / android / support / v4 welcomes happy coding !!!
