X-Download-Options: noopen equivalent

The HTTP header X-Download-Options: noopen modifies the Internet Explorer download dialog by removing the "open with" option. (The only remaining option is "save as" and "cancel")

Did you know that cross browser is equivalent to this header?

This extension of IE and other browsers did not accept it.

The best you can do is Content-Disposition:attachment , but that does not hide the Open parameter.
