GPU architecture source book

I want to know all about the HARDWARE ARCHITECTURE GPU, and everything I got on the Internet was nothing more than GPU programming, I need basic hardware like ALU, memory management and ... can anyone imagine me a great book or something like that? thanks in advance.

The fifth edition of Hennessy and Patterson's Computer Architecture - A Quantitative Approach contains an entire chapter on GPU architectures. This is a venerable reference for most computer architecture topics.

@ Neha pointed out a great book, but I can do it. The book is really available online for free in PDF here . However, this book is rather complicated. No less well-known (but possibly much easier to learn) is the Harris and Harris textbook, which is also available for free online in PDF Now: D Okay, you.
