Any reason to use! 0 instead of the truth?

I found the code using

!0 !1

I think this is the same as

 true false

Is there a reason for this or is it just an abbreviation?

If you really need bandwidth and load time, you need code compression. !0 and !1 are the compressed version of true and false .
