Which node module can I use to implement the clock process on Heroku?

Here's an article on the nodek watchmaking process on heroku: https://devcenter.heroku.com/articles/scheduled-jobs-custom-clock-processes

However, no node clock module was mentioned there. Does anyone know the sync process module for node?
