Using angularjs with asp.net web formats

Question

I would like to know if anyone had experience using angularjs in an asp.net webforms project. I understand this is probably overcrowding given the webform ecosystem, but still ... have you ever tried? Is this the worst idea? If possible, would you use angularjs in a new project (webforms) and could you imagine it in an existing medium-sized tool?
