Failed to purchase app product from Google Play

Question

I use the app to purchase in my app, because it worked a few days ago, but when I try to buy through the app, I get the following error message in the dialog box

"Your payment cannot be processed at this time. You may receive an email asking you to verify your account."

and “Purchase error” in the notification bar.

I was looking for this error and got one solution, here is the link but no luck on this link

A PFA image for the transaction history of my purchased product through a google account has been added to the Google game.

This happens, and the purchase is marked as suspicious, and the person must view it. Until it is reviewed, your account will be suspended. It may take 1-2 days.
