New PayPal sandbox where to enter IPN URL in the Test Site user interface

In another post ( closed as not a real question ), OP did a poor job of asking a question I would very much like to know the answer to. Whether or not you can specify the IPN URL on the “test site” under the New Sandbox UI .

In the old sandbox (just like for a live account), you simply entered the URL of the desired IPN listener in the "Profile / My Selling Tools" section. However, in the new sandbox there are no such submenus in the "Profile" menu, and I can not find any mention of IPN in any way of a form or form anywhere in the " Test Site ,

Meanwhile, the PayPal sandbox says you can " import existing Sandbox test accounts using the email address and password that you previously used in Sandbox." but what (quite predictably) is also EPIC FAIL, since the email address and password (which work fine right up to the roll-out of the exciting new PayPal Dev Beta), of course, are rejected as unrecognized. grrrrrrrr

FINALLY FOUND!

Unlike the LIVE account (and the old sandbox), there is no submenu in the "Profile" drop-down list, NOR has a submenu "My sales tools". Instead ... To go to the IPN settings link, click the "Profile" link and find " Instant Payment Alert Settings ." Under " Sales Preferences "

In your PayPal profile, select Merchant Services, then select Process Orders from the menu on the right side of the page. On the "My Order Processes" page, click "Details" in the "Immediate payment notification" section. On this page, you can enable or disable the IPN service and enter the notification URL.
