Drop-down list height adjustment

Question

I browse the Internet to solve this, and everyone is talking about different things or just saying does size = "x" help ? I did Plunk to illustrate my problem. On my screen, I can see item 20 when I click on the drop-down list. I would like to be able to set this to show more or at least have some control.

You cannot, because the selection field is systemic.

You can use the dropdown list widget / module.
