Why Rails 4.0 RC1 Does Not Have a Resource / Image Directory

I just found that there is no default directory assets/images when I create a Rails 4 application (Rails 4 rc1 currently). While in Rails 3.1 / 3.2 it is generated. Please tell me why this is so? I mean, I can create a directory in a second, but that’s not the point. If I did not receive the reason for this by any announcement, I am sorry, otherwise it does not make sense to me. Thanks you

It just turned out that index.html is not in the public domain because it works dynamically in Rails 4 and there is no image anymore, so the directory can no longer be generated to create the directory "app / assets / images" when creating a new rails application
