The com.android.phone process has stopped unexpectedly. Please try again

Whenever I run the Android emulator, I have such errors that it is generally impossible to work with it:

The process com.android.phone has stopped unexpectedly. Please try again. The process com.android.acore has stopped unexpectedly. Please try again.

or

  The application has stopped unexpectedly

The emulator got all the necessary memory (as far as I know):

UPDATE : There is no log information in logcat.

I just stumbled upon this myself. It looks like you need to remove the virtual device and reboot it.

I had a problem with sampe, this solution:

Solution: Settings → Applications → Application Management → All (the button at the top, which allows you to see all applications) → scroll down to the "Contact Store" → Click "Clear Data".

THIS WORKS EVEN IN THE EMULATOR, you have to do this for each type of emulator you want to use, here is where I found the solutions: http://www.shaneycrawford.com/2011/12/how-to-fix-the-android-process -acore-problem-on-an-android-device /

Solution Unfortunately, the process com.android.phone stopped on HTC →> ANY MODEL

I was in this trouble for 6 days, I gave my mobile phone to many Repairmen, and I asked them if any of them can fix it, please do it. But no one, with some expensive boxes, could fix it. I got my feeling from HTC, and I was very sad. But suddenly, I found a way. I used to make my SUPER CID cell phone with ADB and FASTBOOT. Because of this, my phone did not know my SIM card. Some people only get the update, and they get into this problem. I am in Iran (in the Middle East) YOU SHOULD CHANGE YOUR CEC IN YOUR ZONE. on HTC CID s here http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=2445289 THIS IS THE ONLY PATH FOR PERSONS THAT ANY MATERIAL OR RESET CANNOT WORK FOR THEM.
