Heroku code = H10 desc = "Application is broken" - cannot understand why it crashes

I have been looking for this for some time and cannot find anything that seems to be applicable in my situation. I looked at these magazines and I don’t see what the problem is.

This happened during deployment before, but it always seemed like it resolved itself. Now it just happened (without deployment), and I can’t get out of it. I tried to revert to the previous version of the application, but it looks like I'm stuck. I have reset dyno and also did rake db: migrate.

There are several repetitive things in the magazine, but I just don't know what to read them. Does anyone have an idea where the problem is? Any guidance would be greatly appreciated. See Logs below.

Try the following steps:

 - git push heroku master # if not done - heroku run rake db:migrate - heroku restart

Wait a couple of minutes ...

To create a heroku account

  $heroku create

To check git configuration well

 $git remote -v

Link git repository to existing application

 $heroku git:remote -a herokuapp-name

To perform push to master

 $git push heroku master

For your database to work, you have to go to the production database

 $heroku run bundle exec rake db:migrate

Then restart

 heroku restart

finally go to your location

You need to compile your resources locally. I usually run

 bundle exec rake assets:precompile

and then lock and click on the hero.

In my case, it was because I was tied to the port used,

I changed it and it worked

 app.listen(process.env.PORT || 3000);
