Creating a new server in SQL 2012 Management Studio

The question is about as simple as it is, but for my life I cannot find on the Internet how to create a new server. NOT a new database inside the server, I already know how to do this, but a completely new server on my PC. I am using SQL 2012 management studio.

You need to install a new instance using the installation media.

There is no way to do this in SQL Server Management Studio.
