Cannot transfer application between two Apple Developer accounts

I am struggling to get a new application transfer feature to work between the two accounts I own. I am switching from a separate developer account to an organization account, as part of a regular (non-enterprise) iOS developer program.

When I select the application in the source account and specify the Apple Team Team Agent ID and Team ID, I get the following error message:

The recipient Team ID does not match the Team ID associated with the Apple ID of the recipient Team Agent.

Given that I used only one email at the destination and that there seems to be only one team identifier that I can find, I don’t quite understand what I can do wrong. I am wondering if there is a mistake somewhere, and if someone else has encountered it before.

Support people had to be manually corrected, apparently, after that everything worked fine.

Contact them at itunesconnect@apple.com with a request, include a screenshot of this problem in the email, as they will ask you for the first time.

Recipient Group Agent Apple ID (email for Apple Developer account): User with the Developer Group Agent role. The group agent has the right to enter into transfer agreements on behalf of the receiving company or organization.

Team ID: A unique identifier for the recipient company or recipient organization. Recipients can find information in the "Your Account" panel in the "Organization Profile" section, available from the Developer Center for Developers on developer.apple.com.
