Create independent groups of selection buttons

I want to make a small form with groups of checkboxes and buttons with options that will later feed the vba code. I need to make group boxes with three boxes in them, but independent. Since now I click one of the bonus options, and it blocks the option field in another group. They are all connected, and I do not want this. Any ideas? Thanks

You need to attach each group of selection buttons in the Group Box control. You can access this from the same menu that you used to add buttons.

See this link for more information: http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/excel-help/add-a-group-box-or-frame-control-to-a-worksheet-HP010236679.aspx .

An easy way is to set the GroupName property for the parameter buttons on the form. Set it to OB1 for the first three option buttons and OB2 for the next three option buttons. Now they will work as two groups, and you can check them each of the eithr groups.

I agree with Nixz's answer and would like to add more details. Nixz: An easy way to do this is to set the GroupName property for the parameter buttons on the form. Set it to OB1 for the first three option buttons and OB2 for the next three option buttons. Now they will work as two groups, and you can check them each of the eithr groups.

To make this work for me, I edited GroupName in the properties for each switch selection. For one group, I edited the two choices "GroupName (s)" and named them each Question2. For the second set, I edited GroupName for each switch selection, naming them as Question5. This said that they were grouped, although they were in the Group Box, eXcel did not recognize them as in separate group boxes. Hope this helps!
