How to enter SonarQube in my local box

I installed SonarQube 3.7 in my local box for Maven Projects (Maven 3), I can start the sonar and see the metrics. But I was not able to log in as an administrator in localhost: 9000, what are the credentials for logging in to the account for SonarQube after installation?

And also I do not see the "Settings" link on the top panel!

Documentation updated: https://docs.sonarqube.org/display/SONAR/Setup+and+Upgrade (credentials: admin / admin). When you log in as a system administrator, you will see a Settings link.
