Why doesn't Intellij IDEA display a character ??

Windows 8. All settings are installed on UTF-8 . For example, Intellij IDEA displays Chinese characters, which means that it is actually set to the Unicode character set, but instead of the 𝔊 character (MATHEMATICAL_FRAKTUR_CAPITAL_G), a field is displayed.

It is likely that the particular font you are using does not contain a glyph for this character. Try switching to a different font.
