Icon sizes and names and launching images in Xcode 5, ios 7

Question

I recently downloaded xcode 5 and am now working for ios 7. How to add icons to the project now? What are the sizes I need and should they have specific names? I also want to know about this. I searched on google and stuff, but I find different answers and I want to know the correct answer. I also wonder if I put these icons in my project for ios 7, does this work for those who have ios 6?
