In-app purchases are “browsing” and the binary itself is still “pending review”? What does it mean?

At the beginning: Last binary message date: September 19, 2013

Yes, that’s fine, the apple is also looking for in-app purchases to make sure they are all valid and good. After the status of your application is ready for sale, it will work fine (of course, only if your status is IAP: Approved)
