Visual Studio minimizes open windows

Question

I would like to minimize open windows in Visual Studio 2012. I know that this is possible (maybe this is an extension), but before I reinstall Visual Studio my unlocked windows, regardless of the main window. Take alook in this screenshot:

Now the minimize button. Does anyone know where I can change this?

Tools -> Options -> Environment -> Tabs and Windows

Uncheck "Labels with a floating tab always stay on top of the main window"
